CELEBRITY CLOSET ORGANIZER | DECLUTTER EXPERT | SCIENTIST

Empowering you to break through

clutter Limitations

My story starts at this very unlikely place..,

My journey started out as a biologist turned fashion assistant and stylist, working on the set of music videos, magazine shoots, backstage New York Fashion Week, and with various celebrities. It was in between schlepping clothes and managing different projects, that I took notice of the disarray within studios and closets, accompanied with the anxious and overwhelmed emotions of the team and clients.

I decided to put my organization skills into action. I began transforming disorderly studios and offering my expertise to organize clients’ closets. As I began to see the relief and newfound sense of calm in clients, I sensed a deeper way to serve them intentionally. The name “The Closet Girl” derived from the way my clients would refer to me when talking about the service and upon hearing someone speak about their closet needing a little TLC.

For the past decade, I've immersed myself in the closets of celebrities, C-Suite executives, and entrepreneurs. As "The Closet Girl," my inner biologist has been on a continuous exploration, studying human behaviors and the profound effects of environments, with a specific focus on the closet. What became evident through my journey is that our outer surroundings significantly influence our well-being.

Clutter aka “stuff”, I believe, is an outward manifestation of unmade decisions and insecurities in the form of stuff. What better way to get to the root of clutter than through the closet? The closet is the window to the soul and often the place where we hide the things we don’t want people to see or would be ashamed for them to see. This goes beyond physical things but also the emotions and past experiences we hold on to in these spaces.

In the face of personal tragedies- the sudden loss of my older sister, experiencing the murder of my older brother, and mourning the loss of my mother, along with overcoming anxiety and panic attacks- I’ve come to a resolute understanding of life’s brevity. The harsh reality has become the driving force behind my work and the services I provide. Decluttering, both physically and mentally, became a powerful tool, allowing me to reclaim control amidst the chaos and live my life with less stuff and more intention.

My mom said 3-words to me, which happen to be the thing that keeps me going and that I also have tattooed on my right shoulder, TMI but consider us family now, and those words were “LIVE YOUR LIFE.” I am deeply passionate and committed to doing just that and helping my clients do the same with intention through alleviating the burden of clutter and stress through decluttering and organizing the most overlooked space in a home- THE CLOSET, resulting in the most valuable asset of life, time.

THE VALUES THAT FIRE ME UP

GROWTH

Growth is a constant motivator, pushing me to evolve and help clients evolve beyond physical clutter and embrace personal development. I see decluttering not just as a process of organizing spaces but as a catalyst for personal growth and overall well-being. Encouraging my clients to let go of unnecessary possessions and embrace a simplified lifestyle encourages a journey of self-discovery and continual improvement.

EMPATHY

Empathy forms the foundation of my approach, driving me to understand and connect with my clients on a personal level. In essence, it gives me an opportunity to step into their soles. Recognizing the emotional attachments to belongings, I strive to create a supportive and understanding environment. This empathetic perspective allows me to tailor my services to meet the unique needs of each client.

INTEGRITY

Integrity is a guiding principle that ensures honesty, transparency, and trust in my interactions with clients. I believe in maintaining the highest ethical standards, respecting confidentiality, and delivering on promises. This commitment to integrity builds a foundation of trust, allowing clients to find comfort and allowing me to join them on their decluttering journey with confidence and assurance.
